Terms of Service

General

  • Clients must be 18+ to commission me.

  • I may decline any request without explanation.

  • Clear references are required.

  • I only accept characters you own or are allowed to use.

  • Copyrighted characters (e.g. Disney, Pokémon) are not accepted for commercial work.

  • Closed species require proof of ownership.

  • I may stream or share WIPs unless requested otherwise.

  • Traditional watercolor may include slight color variation.

Usage Rights

  • Personal use only (non-commercial).

  • Credit is required when sharing.

  • No editing, tracing, or AI use.

  • No NFT usage.

  • Artwork may be used in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Process

  • Sketch approval WIP will be provided.

  • No public posting of WIPs allowed.

  • Major changes only in sketch stage.

  • No changes after lineart/painting starts.

  • Final files are not editable after delivery.

Payment

  • Full payment upfront via PayPal invoice.

  • Work starts only after payment is received.

  • Client must be 18+ and authorized to pay.

Refunds

  • Before start: full refund possible.

  • During sketch: partial refund possible.

  • After sketch approval / painting started: no refund.

  • If I cancel: refund based on progress.

Deadline

  • No fixed deadlines.

  • Estimated timeframes may change.

Final Agreement

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms.

Headshot: 20€
Halfbody: 40€
Fullbody: 60€Additional Character +50%
Conditional background - free (gradient, simple patterns and etc.)
For other backgrounds + 10 - 50€ (like forest, sky, city and etc.)
